  I called 5 times and every time they hung up on me. One of those times the kid at the counter answered the phone and made sure that I heard the phone thrown down on the counter, leaving nothing but the background noise of the kitchen until I just hung up because it was clear he wasn't at the phone. I called back and talked to the manager and he told me that my order was never placed and that a driver wasn't coming to my address even though the app was telling me that It was on the way and left at 725. When I went to place my order with the manager he as well hung up on me. All I did was place an order I didn't do anything to be treated like that. I guess that the dominos in Hamburg just gets to choose who they feel like serving. They clearly have incompitant people working for the all the way up the line to the manager.

  Food is good (as good as dominos can be anyway) but the wait times stink! You essentially have to order an hour and a half to two hours in advance. I live ten minutes from the store and I know how much time it takes to cook a pizza; it should not be taking as long as it does. It's ridiculous they give you a 30 minute wait time when it has always been significantly longer for me. I echo the other commenters who mention hangups on phone calls by the store itself.

  Customer service and delivery service works just fine, and Domino's makes great pizza. The menu has other goods, including boneless chicken bites and bread sticks.

  Usually a pretty good place to order from. But be cautious and check to see if they got your order right. Also a few times they "forget" to put your order in. They offer something complimentary to make up for it but still frustrating.

  Verry dissapointed with delivery and their cleaniness.
  First if you stand in their lobby long enough you will notice that the person who took your money and answers the phone goes right in without washing hands or putting gloves making your hand tosed pizza delicious indeed full of bacteria germs and viruses. Another problem they have the delivery people don't know what they are doing I ordered a pizza online for delivery they came after an hour and a half and parked in front of the house and then left without leaving the pizza. When I called the place they told me that the the driver noticed that the pizza was not in good condition so he returned to get another one so I got the pizza delivered 3 hours after placing it. The interesting part was that they put in the system that pizza was delivered on time it showed delivered online when it wasn't big liars.You might think they might as well give it for free for making us wait so long but they didn't,they give me a cupon for free breadsticks. Well very disappointing Dominoes and disgusting. Employees just dab their hands into anything and then in your pizza Bon apetite!
